This page is dedicated to giving you a place to find important information about years five and six.

 

We hope you enjoy hearing about what we have been doing in school and benefit from finding what you need to know on this page.

Year 5/6 Trip to Rosliston Forest Centre

 

As part of our Science topic work for this term, we are planning to take all Year 5 and 6 children on a visit to Rosliston Forestry Centre which is located in woodlands with interactive learning both indoors and outdoors. Activities will include mini beast hunting and bush crafts including shelter building. The trip will take place in the week commencing 11.07.16.

 

For more details, please see the letter/email sent out at the end of today or ask any of the 5/6 staff once we're back.

Try to use these words in a sentence when you practise them!

  1. Breakthrough – a sudden increase in knowledge or understanding/ a person’s first important success.
  2. Borough – a village, town, or part of a large city that has its own government.
  3. Bough – a main branch of a tree.
